I am Dr Eric Beckford—an author, keynote speaker, and leadership and culture thinker. Drawing on more than 30 years’ experience across public and private sector organisations, I bring together evidence, strategic empathy and practical experience to help people and organisations realise their potential.
I have led people and services in complex, high-accountability environments, shaped policy and practice, supported organisational and cultural change, and advised senior decision-makers.
